Trunch Scarecrow, Art & Open Gardens Festival 2012

SUNDAY, 7/8th  JULY 2012, 10am - 4pm

gardens

For several years, upon the initiative of the Trunch Village Society, parishioners have opened their gardens to the public on one Sunday during the summer.
To add extra interest and attraction, the Open Gardens is always supplemented with a display of scarecrows around the village.

Local artists exhibit their brilliant sculptures and paintings in and around Trunch Church. Everything is for sale.

This year again, there will probably also be a wonderful show of vintage cars.

Enjoy the homemade cakes with a cup of tea or coffee on offer in the Village Hall, or have something stronger with some savoury food at The Crown pub or Trunch Social Club.

There will be a programme for this event available from the Village Hall. This programme costs £2.50. It is your access to the gardens and shows you where the scarecrows are located.
