The following Grant Awards for 2018 were approved at the Ordinary General meeting to be held on 21st February 2018 at 7.30pm in the Methodist Community Room.

Trunch Art Collective   –   Contribution to cost of display boards, storage boxes and materials    –      £55.00

Garden Society              –    Contribution towards cost of guest speakers, hire of venues, staging three shows and trophy engraving  –  £100.00

Village Hall                    –     Contribution towards cost of boiler replacement    –    £250.00

St Botolphs Music Concerts    –    Contribution towards cost of brochure printing, annual piano tune, advertising & maintenance  –   £250.00

Trunch Methodist Church      –     Contribution towards cost of vinyl floor covering  –  £250.00

Primrose Lunch Club              –      Purchase of four slow cookers and ten dinner plates   –   140.00

Village Web Site                       –      Contribution towards cost of  annual  hosting and  security fees and maintenance   –   £150.00

Also the annual funding of the Project Groups was approved thus:-

Community Composting        –      £1650.00

Bee Keeping                              –      £430.00
