Trunch Village Society supports several activities and events in the village.
Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE 2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE TRUNCH VILLAGE SOCIETY (THE “SOCIETY”) WILL BE HELD AT THE METHODIST HALL, TRUNCH ON 14TH MAY 2012 AT 7.30pm FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

To receive and consider the Society’s Financial Statement and the Independent Examiners Report for the year ended 31st March 2012.

To report on the Activities of the Society and of the Society’s Projects during the previous year.

To report on the Society’s proposed Projects and Activities for the ensuing year.

To Elect the Committee. In accordance with the Society’s Constitution, all of the incumbent Committee must retire at the Annual General Meeting, although they may be re-nominated. There will be five (5) positions available on the Committee: Chairperson; Treasurer; Secretary and two Ordinary Committee Members. Anyone interested in standing for one of these positions, must complete the form below and send it to the Society’s Secretary by no later than 14 days before the Annual General Meeting. Nominee, Proposer and Seconder must all be Members of the Society (to become a Member, please speak to a Committee Member – contact details on the Society’s Notice Board). Nominations will be posted on the Society’s Notice Board from 1st May 2012
